Saughall All Saints C of E Primary School was first opened on Tuesday 3rd November 2009. All children had previously attended either The Ridings Community Infant School or Thomas Wedge C of E Junior School.
The new building allowed all children, staff and Governors to work together alongside parents to provide the best education in a modern, bright and purpose built environment.
The school has 10 classrooms and many other teaching bases such as a technology room, food technology room and small group rooms. The school has an annual intake of 45 children.
45 children share a purpose built Reception classroom area. Two teachers provide the children with an exciting and stimulating curriculum which ensures that the children have a fantastic start to their school life. The area also includes an excellent outdoor area which enhances the provision further.
Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 are taught in mixed aged classes.
Year 1 & 2 are divided into three classes.
Year 3 & 4 are divided into three classes
Year 5 & 6 are divided into three classes
Each of these classrooms are well organised with modern technology including 10 computers for use during lessons. The classrooms are bright and spacious with excellent resources to provide a varied curriculum which engages and stimulates learning for all children.
The school has extensive grounds with ample play and sports space to ensure that children are active and inspired while learning outside.
