An Enriched Sporting Curriculum of opportunities for all.

School Sports – Inter school competitions:

  • Tag Rugby – Chester Rugby Club –  Y3/4 (16 children)
  • Tag Rugby mixed Y5/6- Chester Rugby Club (24 children – A and B teams)
  • Y5/6 Football ‘Primaryship’ league and Chester Schools Cup (16 children)
  • Saturday morning Cross country Races – West Cheshire Athletics – Stanney Athletics Club
  • Basketball Tournament – Chester Northgate Arena – Cheshire Phoenix Basketball Club
  • Quick Sticks Hockey – Chester Schools Competition – Y5/6 (6 children)

School Sports – Intra Competitions:

  • Cross country – Y3/4 – weekly
  • Cross country – Y5/6 – weekly
  • Chester and Wirral Rugby Tots – Y1/2 – 10 weeks – 1 hourly sessions.
  • Tag Rugby – KS2 inter house competition.
  • Dodge Ball – Y5/6 inter house competition

After school clubs:

  • Y5/6 mixed football/rugby (25 children)
  • Y5/6 mixed netball (20 children)
  • Y5/6 mixed Basketball (20 children)
  • Y1-6 Football – S4YC (30 children)
  • Y4-6 Cheerleading/dance
  • YR-2 Activities Club
