Outdoor Carol Concert

Our outdoor Carol concert will take place on Wednesday 8th December at 5pm. All children from Year 1 -
Year 6 will be taking part.
We would like all children to be back in school for 4.45pm, they will come in through the normal entrance
gates past the school office and will be directed by staff. Please note no adults will be permitted beyond
the gate. The Carol concert will last for approximately an hour and children will be expected to stay until
the end. They do not have to be in uniform however they will need a warm coat and hat and gloves if
appropriate.

If you are coming to join us please ensure you are dressed warmly and bring an umbrella if rain is forecast
as this will take place around the front of school with no shelter from the elements!
At the end of the concert you will collect your child/ children from classrooms as directed.
